How can I place an order?
Orders need to be made via our website. If you register an account with us you can log in and view your order at anytime. You may also order as a guest. We ship worldwide and accept the following payment methods:
How do I use paypal to pay for my order?
To pay for your order using PayPal you will need to have a PayPal account. A PayPal account is free and easy to open. Visit the paypal website PayPal Once you are ready to pay for your order choose the PayPal option and you will be directed to your PayPal account where you will be prompted to sign in and confirm payment. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. However due to customs and import restrictions we can only ship nail varnish to the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to a UK address is free. Shipping costs outside the UK depends on the location, items purchased and the shipping service chosen. You can find estimated costs by using the shipping calculator on your cart page.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship orders the next working day however during busy periods we advise 3 – 5 working days.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the parcel and the shipping method. You can view our estimated shipping times on the Shipping & Returns page
How can I track my parcel?
If you opted for tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number and details of the shipping company via email when your order has been shipped. You can track your order by using the relevant link below.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame please contact the relevant delivery company for an update. If they are unable to locate your order please email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org

Will I be charged customs and import fees?
Customs charges differ from country to country. We are unable to advise if they will apply to you or how much they may be. For more information please contact your local customs office so that you are aware of what fees maybe applied. Apharsec has no control over customs charges and it is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to pay these charges.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us providing the order number you wish to cancel. We are unable to process a request without the order number.
We aim to process your request before the order is shipped. However if your order has been shipped before cancellation, you will need to return the order to us before a refund can be issued.
How can I return items for a refund or exchange?
We offer 28 day returns policy from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item you can do so with in this period by returning the items to us at:

Please include your order number and details of the exchange or refund. Note we are unable to process returns with no order number. We can only accept returns in their original saleable condition. Once your return has been received we will email you to confirm.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to amend your order contact us with you order number. If your order has not been shipped we will aim to place your order on hold until the amendments have been made. If you wish to add items to your order you will need to place a new order for the additional products. We will then merge the two orders and amend any shipping costs.
How do I apply a discount code?
To use a discount code proceed to check out and enter the code into the code box provided. The code must be entered exactly as it appears in its original format. To ensure you enter the code correctly you might be better copying and pasting it. Then click on 'Apply Code' and your basket will be amended accordingly.
